If universities offer students graduatesjob-related skills.When it's the time for they to get a job,they could be qualified employers in their workplace.I think most of the unemploymentperson's working abilities were not very exceptional,that's why they could lose their jobs easily,and the jobless were always been the week.Nowadays,our world needs someone who get high working abilities to earn more money for theemployers.

If the students learned job-related skills,they can get a job easily and the unemployment rate of Luoyang will reduce.
